Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Danny focuses on challenging the senior management teams to make financially-informed decisions on key business development, operational and investment opportunities.  He leads the team responsible for the financial support of the many business entities that comprise Maxxam and is accountable for all finance and accounting matters. In addition to his financial responsibilities, Danny oversees Corporate Development, Procurement and Maxxam’s Information Technology group.

Danny’s most recent role was with Wolseley Canada as a Finance Director, prior to that he held senior level financial and operational roles with Sears Canada, Pepsi Cola Canada and Air Canada. He has a demonstrated track record as a financial business partner to operations and sales and brings to Maxxam recognized leadership and team development skills.

Danny holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy, an M. Tech in Biochemical Engineering, and an MBA from Ivey Business School and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA-CMA).
