Steve is a catalyst for growth and operational efficiencies through the development of Maxxam’s acquisition strategy from market profiling through to post-acquisition implementation. In this role, he is accountable for ensuring that acquisitions are successfully transitioned and integrated with Maxxam’s existing operations. He also has oversight for the procurement team and strategic business partners where he ensures that there is a constant exchange of information regarding new product offerings and technologies that Maxxam can leverage in its business.
Prior to Maxxam, Steve held a series of increasingly senior roles in the Financial Services industry including Business Development, Product Management, Operations and Financial Planning and Analysis. He has a Bachelor of Commerce (Minor in Economics) from the University of Toronto and received his CA designation with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario (ICAO).
