Tuition Reimbursement Program
Maxxam employees who have successfully completed a specific formal instruction or education course in a work-related field, will receive 100% reimbursement of tuition fees, upon the approval from their Manager / Supervisor. Successful completion will require a minimum mark of a “B” average or equivalent.
Company Matching Group Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP)
Maxxam has a Group Retirement Savings Plan. After the first continuous year of service MAXXAM will match an employee’s contribution to their RRSP plan up to three (3) percent of an employee’s annual base salary.
