Core – A traditional benefits program
Healthcare Spending Account – Modified plan with less core coverage but with access to a Healthcare Spending Account.
A Healthcare Spending Account is employer-funded and works like a bank account to pay for health-related expenses. You can use your Healthcare Spending Account to pay for any health related item from orthodontic services to reimbursement of gym memberships.
