Town Hall Meetings – Maxxam’s CEO periodically conducts these meetings to share current company news, achievements, new developments, trends, challenges and goals.
At Maxxam we demonstrate our support of our staff in many ways. Some of the ways we support them are through various events such as: Staff appreciation events – At Maxxam we believe in having fun! On various occasions we will sponsor staff events such as company barbeques, holiday parties, and children’s Christmas parties. Many of the social events that take place can vary from one location to the next. We encourage everyone’s participation. Community Involvement – We understand that work is only one part of an individual’s life. We encourage and support our employees to participate in volunteer community activities.
