Product Registration and Regulatory Submission

Maxxam provides ecotoxicology and physical-chemical testing utilizing either Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), U.S. EPA, or Office of Prevention, Pesticides and Toxic Substances (OPPTS) methods in support of product registration and regulatory submission. Additionally, Maxxam provides support for US EPA High Production Volume Chemical (HPVC) and Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) Programs, Environment Canada New Substances Notification (NSN), Health Canada Pesticides Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA), European Union (REACH) and European Medicines Agency (EMA) regulatory submissions.

When required, these services are offered in compliance with OECD Good Laboratory Practice (GLP).
