Lake Zurich is an ideal location for Maxxam to expand its food testing capabilities for the food industry, as it’s within close proximity to Chicago, which is home to leading companies in food manufacturing including cereals, baked goods and candy. Maxxam’s newest food laboratory in Lake Zurich will offer nutritional chemistry testing, nutritional labelling/claims verification, allergens testing, and more.
