Effective July 19, 2010, our Montreal Food Science and Safety Services laboratory will be moving to 7150 Rue Frederick Banting, Saint-Laurent. This facility is conveniently located within the Technoparc Saint-Laurent, just 12 min away from our current address: 889 Montée de Liesse, where our Environmental Services laboratory will remain.

1. Does the address for payment change?

No, please continue to send payment to 889 Montée de Liesse.

2. Where do I order my bottles and swabs?

The email contacts for bottle and swab orders remain the same. The phone extensions for your contacts now begin with a 5 instead of a 4.

3. Do you have an after hours depot at the new location?

There will not be an after hours depot at the new location. Please coordinate any after hours deliveries with your Customer Service Representative.

4. Do you have a new COC?

Yes, we have updated our COC. You can click here or contact your customer service representative.

5. Do I send my water samples to the new location?

Yes, All requests for food analysis (chemistry and microbiology) and water samples should be sent to 7150, rue Frederick Banting.

6. Which samples should I continue to send to 889 Montée de Liesse??

All environmental samples (soil and water chemistry analysis) will remain at 889 Montée de Liesse.

7. Where do I send my samples for chemistry analysis?

All requests for food analysis (chemistry and microbiology) and water samples should be sent to 7150, rue Frederick Banting.
