Maxxam provides a number of specialty analytical and physical chemistry services. Custom method development and non-routine project work of any size are an important component of the laboratory’s day to day activity.

Bioanalytical Services

Maxxam Analytics (formerly CANTEST Ltd./Axelson Biopharma Research Inc. (ABR)) has decided to transition out of the GLP LC/MS/MS-based bioanalysis services market. Effective immediately, the department of Bioanalytical Services will no longer be accepting new projects or samples related to LC/MS/MS GLP Bioanalysis.

GLP Testing Facility

Maxxam’s GLP testing facility is located in a self-contained 50,000 sq ft facility in Burnaby, BC. The building was occupied in October 2007, following extensive renovations and upgrades and was designed with the the needs of our customers and the principles of scientific excellence in mind.

Assays

Maxxam currently offers a range of non-exclusive validated bioanalytical assays and a large number of bioanalytical assays under development or ready for validation.Download list here
