Logistics & Resources – US Ultra Trace Customers

We are proud to deliver efficient, friendly and professional service at all stages of a project.  Samples shipped from anywhere in North America are in the lab within 24 hours from the time of shipping, and logged into our barcode system for sample tracking and workflow management.

Convenient Sample Logistics:

For our US customers, a Maxxam driver picks up samples at the FedEx depot in Buffalo NY daily (from Tuesday to Saturday). Within 24 hours of being shipped from anywhere in the US, your samples can be logged in to our barcode system for tracking and workflow management. Try to avoid shipping samples that will be delivered on any Monday of the year or on a Canadian statutory holiday. Maxxam picks up samples at the Fed-Ex Air depot in Buffalo Tuesday to Saturday, except December 25th and 26th. Jobs entered with a due date that falls on a Canadian Holiday, will be reported the previous business day. Please use ice to preserve samples during transport, and make sure it is in contact with the containers. Notification to uspickup@maxxam.ca with the waybill number is always appreciated.

 

Our experienced and knowledgeable customer service team ensures that all project parameters are agreed upon with the customer, documented and communicated to sample reception and lab staff. Our customer service team is organized regionally. As project managers, they are aware of current and emerging regulations and thus are able to assist customers in choosing the correct testing protocol.
